Sunday

Mostly sunny skies are expected Sunday with just a slight chance of showers. Winds are expected to be light and variable to start, then veering out of the southwest from 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon and overnight. This means we could see some areas of haze. High temperatures are expected from 79° to 84°.

Looking Ahead

Lighter winds and mostly dry weather is expected this weekend. Southwest winds are forecasted to increase late Sunday, and become locally strong and gusty on Monday, especially north and east of the mountains. A front will move down the island chain Monday and Tuesday, bringing an increase in clouds and showers. After the front passes, light to moderate west to northwest winds may deliver a few brief showers on Wednesday and Thursday, with winds, clouds and showers increasing again by Friday as another front approaches the islands.
