Entree specials include grilled Maui Cattle Co. rib-eye steak with black pepper demi glaze; and crab-stuffed mahimahi in citrus beurre blanc.

The Valentine’s Day dessert is fresh chocolate-covered strawberries served with macadamia-nut brittle, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.

While you are indulging in gourmet delicacies, your ears will be swimming in sonic bliss as well.

Gail Swanson is famous in Hawaii and beyond for her sultry, gritty vocals, and her glowing stage presence.

She integrates elements of rock, folk, and soul into her very own expression that is straight from the heart.

On this night where the heart is being celebrated, come share in the revelry with one of Maui’s most soulful singers.

Famously affiliated with many of the top musical names on Maui, Gaile consistently pulls in the best players and guests on her sets, including past collaborations with greats such as Willie Nelson and Pat Simmons.
