Looking Ahead

Afternoon sea breezes and overnight land breezes are forecast to continue through the week. A front is expected to stall northwest of the state Wednesday and Thursday, increasing showers for Kauai and increasing humidity for the rest of the island chain. Volcanic haze will affect us through Saturday.

Today 

Partly sunny and hazy today. A few mountain showers are expected as the sea breeze kicks in and clouds build in those areas. High temperatures from 79° to 84° and feeling warmer due to the heat index. Southeast winds 5 to 15 mph with daytime sea breezes in the afternoon.

Tonight

Southeast winds up to 15 mph with a land breeze kicking in as the land cools off. Clearing skies overnight as that occurs. Low temperatures from 65° to 70°.
