Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, Grand Wailea’s gourmet restaurant, is celebrating locally grown food in Maui with their Localvore Week dining menu starting Sunday, March 13th through Saturday, March 19th.

The menu, designed by Executive Chef Isaac Bancaco, features Maui-grown items from Anuhea, CN, Evonuk, Otani and Waipoli Hydroponic Farms. Indulge in farm-to-table dining in Maui, featuring everything from papaya seed dressing and crisp Kula onions to Olowalu tomatoes and even blue spiced monchong.

Localvore will continue in the coming months in addition to other ongoing events at Grand Wailea, including the Signature Toast! Series, also devised by Isaac Bancaco, and Spalicious at Spa Grande.
