Looking Ahead
Showery trade wind weather will continue into this morning over Kauai and windward Oahu, as an old frontal boundary dissipates over the western end of the state. Drier and more stable conditions are expected to gradually spread across the state this afternoon and tonight, then continue through Thursday. Trades will remain somewhat weaker through tonight, then become breezy once again heading into the middle of the week. Breezy trade winds are then forecast to continue through the rest of the week, with wetter conditions returning by Friday.
West Side
Today: Sunny, with a high near 86. Calm wind becoming east 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 72. East wind 6 to 11 mph.
Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 87. East northeast wind 8 to 11 mph.
South Side
Today: Isolated showers after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
