Looking Ahead
A deep tropical moisture plume continues to move across the state for one more day as Hurricane Hector moves westward away from the main Hawaiian Islands. Higher humidity levels along with numerous windward and mountain showers will continue through tonight before drier air filters into the state from the east just in time for the weekend. Shower activity will diminish on Saturday with showers becoming scattered, favoring windward and mountain areas, with higher trends into the overnight time periods.
West Side
