DEVELOPING STORY: Governor David Ige arrived at Maunakea shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Day 9 of an ongoing demonstration.

Earlier today, he asked Mayor Harry Kim to take the lead at Maunakea.

This evening, the two were standing side by side as they met with leaders at Puʻuhonua o Puʻu Huluhulu.
