Maui Mayor Michael Victorino has canceled his in-person meetings on Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi, and will host a live stream instead, with updates on COVID-19 (coronavirus).

Mayor Victorino will be joined by Dr. Lorrin Pang from the Maui District Health Office. An announcement on where residents can watch the live stream will be provided as soon as possible.

  • The Molokaʻi meeting will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
  • The Lānaʻi meeting will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020.

To date (as of 1:30 p.m. HST on Sunday, March 15, 2020), there are seven confirmed presumptive positive cases of COVID-19 in Hawaiʻi. None of them involve individuals on Molokaʻi or Lānaʻi.
