Champagne Hale at Cliff House Returns for Reservations in February

Montage Kapalua Bay’s Champagne Hale at Cliff House returns for reservations for select weekends from Feb. 11-21, 2021.

The Champagne Hale at Cliff House is described as a “pop-up bar and lounge for guests and locals to experience the finest Maui sunsets and whale watching.”

Guests are invited to enjoy specialty Champagnes by the glass or bottle paired with light bites.

Two seating times are available for guests – 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. – Thursday through Sunday with limited capacity to maintain safe social distancing. Guests 21 years and older are welcome to join with advance reservations.    

Signature Veuve Clicquot Champagnes – Yellow Label, Brut Rose, and La Grande Dame are available by the glass. An array of large format bottles of Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon Dom Perignon, Krug, and Ruinart are also available.  

In addition to premium champagnes, signature Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé cocktail are also offered over ice with a choice of garnish: mint, blackberry, or pineapple.  

Artisanal cheese plates, shrimp cocktail or Kusshi oysters are also offered as options for pairing.  

Dates are weather permitting. Advance reservations with a $35 cover charge per person are required. To maintain social distancing, space is limited.
