A dining event comes to Maui this week, inspired by nature’s four seasons.

The Well Seasoned Appetizer Extravaganza is hosed by the Maui Culinary Academy’s Garde Manager class, an advanced course in culinary art and science.

“The concept of Well Seasoned is to provide the opportunity for MCA’s brightest students to showcase their skills and talents,” said Garde Manger instructor Craig Omori. “It’s a great chance for the public to experience dining with some of Maui’s future chefs,” he said.

The Well Seasoned event is designed to satisfy even the most adventurous of culinary aficionados. Cost is $35 per person and is open to the public.

Service starts at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, at The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant.
