Maui Resort Earns Multiple TripAdvisor Honors

The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea earned top 3 ranking for Best Overall Hotel in the US, in the 2012 Traveler’s Choice awards issued by TripAdvisor.

The hotel also was ranked 12th for Best Service in the US, and 16th for Best Luxury Hotel in the US.

Maui’s Travaasa Hotel Hana in East Maui earned a top 25 ranking for Best Relaxation Spa in the US.

Other island resorts included in the 2012 awards were:

  • St. Regis Princeville Resort of Kauai: 6th Best Luxury Hotel in the US.
  • Four Seasons Resort Hualalai: 16th Best Overall Hotel in the US.
  • Koa Kea Hotel & Resort of Kauai: 23rd Best Overall Hotel in the US.
  • The Kahala Hotel & Resort of Oahu: 25th Top Luxury Hotel in the US.

TripAdvisor is touted as the world’s largest travel website.  The 10th Annual Traveler’s Choice awards were based on millions of reviews and opinions from travelers throughout the world.
