Average gas prices in Wailuku have leveled off, rising only one cent to $3.22 over the last week, according to the AAA Hawaiʻi Weekend Gas Watch. The average price is 12 cents higher than last month, but $1.09 less than one year ago.

Members of the full Senate today unanimously confirmed Luis Salaveria as the director of the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism. Mary Alice Evans was confirmed as deputy director of the DBEDT.
