Molokaʻi Man Dies After Accidental Shooting
A 24-year-old Molokaʻi man has since died after reports that he accidentally shot himself with a gun on Monday afternoon, police said. Police have since identified the man as Marianito Alavazo, Jr. of Maunaloa, Molokaʻi.

Missing Person: Man Who Lives on Boat Reported Missing
Thomas Warren Hansen, known to his friends by “Sailor Tom” and “Tom Beard,” was reported missing on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 by a family member. According to Maui police, Hansen lives on a boat moored off of Māla Wharf in Lahaina. He is described as a Caucasian male, standing 5’11” tall, weighing 168 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes.

Council to Consider Resolutions on Water, Smoking in Vehicles, Minimum Wage
