A town hall meeting focusing on underage drinking prevention comes to Maui on February 8, 2012. The county is also looking for youth groups to coordinate and launch community projects in April, which is Alcohol Awareness month.

Kindergarten and Junior K Registration Begins

Maui District registration runs throughout the month of February from the 1st to the 29th. Kids who will be five years old on or before August 1, 2012, are eligible to enroll in regular kindergarten; while children who reach five years of age between August 2 and December 31 may enroll in junior kindergarten.
