A ceremonial check was presented on March 29 to Nā Leo Pūlama o Maui, the nonprofit that organizes Hoʻomau and supports Pūnana Leo o Maui, an immersion preschool in Wailuku.

Armstrong Builders received two Grand Awards at the 2024 Building Industry Design and Construction Awards, including recognition for La‘i Loa, a luxury condominium development in Wailea.

BIA Hawaiʻi has announced the 2025 Officers and Directors who will lead the association and the industry in the coming year. These industry executives hail from various sectors within the building and construction industry, including associate members whose products and services support builders, developers, and specialty contractors. 

Armstrong Builders recently received a 2023 Gold Nugget Merit Award in the Best Multi-Family Housing Community category for Makali‘i at Wailea.

At the 2020 Building Industry Design & Construction Awards, Armstrong Builders received a Grand Award for Kalama Kai, an affordable multi-family development on Maui. It was recognized in the Projects up to $500,000 category.

The Kalama Kai project is located 200 feet from the beach on Kanani Road and features mostly three-bedroom units, totaling 844 square feet each.

Armstrong Development topped off its newest condominium community, Kalama Kai, located just 200 feet from the beach in Kīhei, Maui.

Armstrong Development and the Burrard Group have launched sales at Makali‘i, a new residential community of 68 townhomes located at the gateway to Mākena, within walking distance of Polo Beach and the Wailea beachwalk.

Armstrong Pacific recently completed a $1.7 million renovation for the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa’s lobby and public areas.

The 26th Annual BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards Gala for 2011was held at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Oahu last weekend. 39 prizes were awarded by the Building Industry Association of Hawaii and The BIA-Hawaii Remodelers in ten divisions.
