Barnes & Noble Kahului holiday book drive to benefit MEO Head Start

Barnes & Noble Kahului invites shoppers to share the gift of reading this holiday season by donating books bought in-store to preschoolers enrolled in Maui Economic Opportunity’s Head Start program. The annual holiday book drive runs through Dec. 15.

The public is invited to purchase books at Barnes & Noble Kahului and donate them to the preschoolers at Maui Economic Opportunity’s Head Start through Dec. 12 as part of the bookstore’s annual holiday book drive.

Book signing event for biography on Maui businessman, Bruce Bowman

A book signing event will be held for Bipolar, Epileptic Papa and Businessman, a new book by Maui’s Bruce Bowman.  The event takes place on Saturday, Aug. 12 at 11 a.m. at Barnes & Noble at the Maui Market Place in Kahului.
