Student emergency readiness training curriculum launches on Maui

Over 200 students from Lahainaluna High School on Maui are enrolled in a new emergency readiness curriculum running through this Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, organized by Hawai‘i workforce development nonprofit ClimbHI with the support of the Maui Strong Fund at the Hawai‘i Community Foundation.

Free CERT Disaster Preparedness Training in Pukalani

Maui Civil Defense Agency and Maui Department of Fire and Public Safety will host Community Emergency Response Team or CERT training in Pukalani in September.

33 Graduate from Maui CERT Classes

A total of 33 individuals graduated with the latest Community Emergency Response Team training classes held in Pukalani, Kīhei and Hāna on Maui.
