Maui Humane Society Hosts First Public Adoption Event in 18+ Months on Sept. 18

The Maui Humane Society hosts its first public adoption event in over a year and a half on Saturday, Sept. 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Organization leaders say the event is organized to address the overwhelming number of pets (almost 500) that are currently at the shelter and in foster care.

Maui Humane Society Hopes to Clear the Shelter Aug. 23-29

This week, Maui Humane Society is taking part in Clear the Shelters – a nationwide pet adoption event that helps find loving homes for animals in need.  

Humane Society Clear the Shelters Day, Aug. 18

Maui Humane Society will participate in national “Clear the Shelters” Day on Aug. 18. Adoption fees will be waived on dogs, cats & critters at the Maui event.

79 Animals Adopted in “Clear the Shelter” Event

The Maui Humane Society adopted out 79 animals during a five-day “Clear the Shelter” event as the organization makes way for dog kennel renovations scheduled for Aug. 3-22, 2016.
