Sen. Schatz introduces FAIR Act to give federal workers a 7.4% raise in 2025

US Sen. Brian Schatz of Hawaiʻi joined in introducing the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates or FAIR Act, a bill that would provide federal employees with a 7.4% pay increase in calendar year 2025. Schatz previously introduced similar legislation in the 115th, 116th, and 117th Congresses.

Schatz joins in introducing legislation to give federal workers an average 8.7% pay raise

US Senator Brian Schatz (D-Hawai‘i) and US Representative Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) reintroduced the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act, a bill that would provide federal employees with an 8.7% pay increase in calendar year 2024.

Deal Gives More Than 20,000 Federal Workers in Hawai‘i a 3% Pay Raise

The deal includes a three percent raise in pay for federal workers across the country, including the more than 20,000 federal employees in Hawai‘i.
