#First Hawaiian Inc.

First Hawaiian, Inc. to Acquire TriCo Bancshares

First Hawaiian, Inc. (parent company of First Hawaiian Bank), and TriCo Bancshares (parent company of Tri Counties Bank), have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which First Hawaiian will acquire TriCo in an all-stock transaction.On a combined basis, the company will have approximately $34 billion of assets and be the 6th largest bank headquartered in the Western US. 

First Hawaiian announces retirement of Vice Chairman, leadership transition in Wealth Management

First Hawaiian, Inc. announced today that Alan Arizumi, vice chairman of First Hawaiian, Inc. and First Hawaiian Bank, will retire effective April 3, 2026, following more than 40 years of service. Executive Vice President Michael Tottori will assume responsibility for the Wealth Management Group and join the Senior Management Committee.

Chris Dods to depart from First Hawaiian Inc.

Christopher L. Dods has resigned, effective March 31, as vice chairman and chief operating officer of First Hawaiian Inc. and First Hawaiian Bank, according to an announcement.
