Hawaiʻi-based roaster Lion Coffee has launched a new 100% Maui Coffee made exclusively with beans from Mahi Pono Farms in Kahului.

Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated grocery retailer, Foodland Super Market, will be celebrating its milestone 75th birthday this month and through the end of the year with new food offerings, products, exclusive art, and a community giving program for Hawai‘i nonprofits.

The Foodland pharmacy at the Pukalani store on Maui will close on April 13, 2022, with all prescriptions to be transferred to Longs Drugs. The closure is part of a larger effort across the state, to permanently close all seven Foodland pharmacy locations across the state by mid-April.

While Christmas 2021 is now passed, the Holiday Food Drive at Pukalani Terrace Center continues through Dec. 31.

Beginning today, customers and employees of Foodland stores are required to wear masks while inside stores.  Also, customers will be limited to bringing in only one other family member or partner to shop.

The locally owned and operated grocery store chain celebrated the addition of five Blue Zones Project-approved stores in Central Maui and Hawai‘i Island

The 35,000 square foot store is located at the new Kehalani Village Center in Wailuku, and is the seventh Foodland, Sack N Saev and Foodland Farms store located on Maui.
