Haʻikū Community Association hosts Candidate’s Night on Wednesday

Haʻikū Community Association will sponsor a Candidate’s Night this Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the Haʻikū Community Center. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the meeting will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The Democratic Party of Hawaiʻi announced a list of five candidates who will be interviewed for the District 13 House vacancy. Applicants include: Claire Kamalu Carroll, Linda Clark, John-Bull English, Stacy Helm Crivello, and Barbara Haliniak.

Barbara Haliniak is a candidate for the State House District 13 seat. Haliniak is running on the democratic ticket and faces fellow democrat, Mele Carroll for the seat. There are no other party challengers.
