2023 Makawao Rodeo Parade returns with Country Concert to follow

The Makawao Rodeo Parade is back after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The parade features mounted and walking units, classic cars, and the 2023 Parade Grand Marshal is Donna Otsuka.
