Update: Suspect arrested in connection with vehicle theft from Maui couple on Hāna Hwy

Officers arrested a 34-year-old Kahului man at approximately 2:20 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026, for a $100,000 warrant of arrest in conjunction with the June 10 robbery, in addition to other warrants of arrests, totaling $320,000.   He currently remains in police custody.
