Final EA with finding of no significant impact for Kaiola Place Sewer Improvements project
The County of Maui, Department of Environmental Management, Wastewater Reclamation Division proposes to construct two new 8-inch sewerlines along Kaiola Place and Ohukai Road and install 10 6-inch service laterals and eight sewer manholes to connect 10 properties to the County wastewater system in Kīhei.

Visitors and residents of Kīhei and Wailea are asked to conserve water for the next 24 hours due to an 18-inch transmission line break near Kaiola Place in North Kīhei, according to a County of Maui Department of Water Supply announcement today.
Workforce housing lottery for Hale Kaiola in South Maui set for March 4
The lottery will determine which successful applicants will secure one of the new housing units at the project site, which is planned for construction at the corner of Kaiola Place and ʻOhukai Road, a few blocks mauka from Mai Poina ‘Oe Ia’u and Kalepolepo Beach Park.
