Online briefing for Lahaina owner-occupant homeowners as no-cost property surveys move ahead
Lahaina owner-occupant homeowners are encouraged to register now for an online briefing on how to receive property surveys through the Lahaina Homeowner Recovery Program. Those who owned and lived on their Lahaina properties at the time of the August 2023 wildfire and need a property survey to move forward with home rebuilds are encouraged to register for the Zoom meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Portion of Lahaina removed from Unsafe Water Advisory
The Maui Department of Water Supply amended the Unsafe Water Advisory for Lahaina to remove area L-4D. Water serving buildings and homes in areas L-4D is declared safe for unrestricted use effective Jan. 19, 2023.
Disaster Area Residential Restrictions to be lifted for Zones 9H, 9I and 9J in West Maui
County of Maui Disaster Area Restrictions will be lifted for owners and residents with vehicle passes from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, Oct. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 31, in Zones 9H, 9I and 9J.
