Wailuku First Friday to ring in the New Year on Jan. 2
Wailuku First Friday will kick off the new year on Friday, Jan. 2, from 6 to 9 p.m. The free event transforms historic Wailuku Town into a family-friendly celebration of music, culture, art and community.
New Wailuku traffic signal at Main and Church St. in flashing mode from July 20
The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation is alerting Maui highway users that the newly installed traffic signals in Wailuku on Main Street (Route 32) at its intersection with Church Street will operate in flashing mode from Thursday, July 20 through Sunday, July 23, 2023.
