Hawaiʻi Alpha Delta Kappa awards $12K total to scholarship winners this year

Hawaiʻi Alpha Delta Kappa (HADK), Gamma Chapter, of an international honorary sorority for women educators, presented $1,000 to 12 recent high-school graduates from Maui public schools.

Kīhei Charter School doubles grades K-2 registration allowance to 132 students

In response to the demand of Maui residents, the Kīhei Charter School announced that the upcoming school year (2024-2025) will have an additional 66 student slots for grades K-2, doubling the number of available student slots in those grades.

Maui County public schools get more than $5.8M to support low-income communities

Hawai‘i K-12 schools will receive $58,193,270 in new federal funding for the 2022-2023 school year to support programs aimed at helping educate students in low-income communities.
