The Hawai‘i State Department of Education has announced graduation ceremony dates, times and locations for the Class of 2025.  

UH graduation returns to Molokaʻi with 42 graduates earning degrees

A commencement ceremony returned to Molokaʻi on Friday for 42 University of Hawaiʻi Maui College graduates at the UH Maui Molokaʻi Education Center, Kaunakakai, Hawaiʻi. The UH Maui graduation on Molokaʻi is typically held there every four years, with the last graduation ceremony held in 2016. The 2020 ceremony was not scheduled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

UH releases spring 2024 commencement schedule: UHMC on May 9; Molokaʻi on May 10

Graduates will be celebrated throughout the University of Hawaiʻi 10-campus system this spring starting on May 4 and ending on May 11. This includes a May 9 commencement at the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College in Kahului. Molokaʻi is hosting their live commencement ceremony on May 10 for residents who earned a certificate or degree from the University of Hawaiʻi from fall 2021 to spring 2024. It is held only once every four years.

Graduations to result in closure of War Memorial Complex to general public, May 20-21

War Memorial Complex facilities will be closed to the general public on May 20 and May 21 for graduation ceremonies hosted by Baldwin and Maui high schools, the Department of Parks and Recreation announced.
