Single-lane closure on Honoapiʻilani Highway for work on traffic signal

The Hawai‘i Department of Transportation (HDOT) advises highway users of work on the traffic signal at the Honoapi‘ilani Highway and Nāpilihau Street intersection beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday, June 1.

2 Acres Burned in Nāpili Brush Fire

An estimated two acres of brush was burned in a fire off of Nāpilihau St. above the Maui Preparatory Academy campus on Friday night.

L Honoapi‘ilani Rd Resurfacing in Nāpili Starts Today

Contractors with the Department of Public Works will be resurfacing Lower Honoapiʻilani Road from Omaikai Place to Nāpilihau Street over the next several months. 

Nāpilihau Pavement Project to Result in Lane Closures

The Public Works Pavement Preservation Section, will be conducting a slurry seal and restriping project on Nāpilihau St in Nāpili beginning Monday, June 5, 2017
