Paddle for Keiki is back Dec. 17 at Kīhei Canoe Club

The proceeds of Paddle for Keiki will be used to provide toys and gifts for Maui’s underprivileged youth.

$2,200 and 188 toys were collected during the Paddle for Keiki event this year, enough to provide toys for more than 275 children.

$1,900 and 201 toys were collected at this year’s Paddle for Keiki event. Combined, this is enough to provide toys for more than 275 children in Maui County.

3rd Annual Paddle For Keiki, Dec. 16

The 3rd Annual Paddle for Keiki takes place on Dec. 16.  The fun, un-timed, anything-that-floats race is a fundraiser for children in need in Maui County.

2nd Annual Paddle For Keiki, Dec. 17

Participants who make a minimum donation of $25 or bring an unwrapped toy for a child on Maui will receive a free t-shirt or ornament and lunch at Nalu’s.

$3,810 in Donations and Toys Collected at 1st Annual Paddle For Keiki  

As a result, $1,435 and 95 gifts (valued at $2,375) were raised for a total of $3,810 in the event’s first year. Total donations will gift 150 underprivileged children in Maui County with a new toy.

Hawaiian Paddle Sports and Street Bikers United will host the first Annual Paddle For Keiki event at the Kīhei Canoe Club on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016.
