Hawaiʻi Attorney General Anne Lopez has joined 16 other attorneys general in urging the US Supreme Court to uphold Medicaid recipients’ right to choose their healthcare providers, including Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaiʻi, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky has launched a Virtual Health Center to enhance access to essential health services throughout Hawaiʻi via telehealth.

The brief, Reproductive Health Services v. Planned Parenthood of St. Louis, was filed in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, argues that these laws are unconstitutional restrictions on womenʻs right to choose.
