#power outage kahakuloa
Outage knocks out power to 7,000+ on Maui
More than 7,000 customers were without power due to an outage impacting customers from Wailuku to Kahakuloa on Monday night. Some areas of Wailuku had power restored by 9 p.m.
RESTORED: 3,758 on Maui Lose Power, Tree Branch to Blame
An estimated 3,758 customers lost power this morning after a tree branch came into contact with lines on Malaihi Road in Waiehu.
BRIEF: Waihee, Waiehu, Kahakuloa Power Restored
As of 4:38 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, MECO officials say power has been restored to customers affected by an power outage reported earlier this afternoon. The outage was first reported just before 4 p.m. in the Waihee, Waiehu and Kahakuloa areas.
