The Servco Foundation has committed an initial aid of $120,000 to recovery efforts on Maui, including contributions to the American Red Cross Hawaiʻi and assistance for displaced families with children.

The Salvation Army in Hawaii received more than $110,000 in grants and donations to support its outreach programs, including summer feeding programs for the organization’s neighbor island corps in Kahului and Lahaina on Maui. The monetary support for the organization will help continue its outreach efforts to help the community as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact Hawai’i’s economy and its residents.

The Servco Foundation is seeking nominations to award three Maui non-profits $20,000 grants as part of its $1.5 million Centennial Service Campaign.

Best Buddies Hawaii was among 10 local nonprofits that received a check for $25,000 each from Servco Chairman and CEO Mark Fukunaga, Servco Automotive President Rick Ching and Maui Toyota Scion’s CEO Damien Farias Sr. in Servco Toyota’s showroom in Honolulu.
