Gov. Josh Green, M.D., on Monday signed House Bill 300 (Act 250), the Executive Biennium Budget that funds critical state operations and supports the sustainability and development of our state through capital improvement projects (CIP).

Seasonal PALs employees to get more pay in effort to improve recruitment

Mayor Richard Bissen announced today that the County of Maui will increase Summer PALs seasonal employee salaries effective June 1 to assist with recruitment efforts and to support the need for vital childcare programs that help families throughout Maui County.

Assistance Available for Summer Programs, Child Care

Child care subsidy assistance is available for income eligible, Native Hawaiian families who are working, or in school/training with kids ages 0-13 years old.
