The US Small Business Administration is helping Hurricane Lane victims apply for disaster relief loans at the West Maui Senior Center on Saturday, Dec. 1. 

The Hawai‘i State Trade Export Program (HiSTEP) will receive $450,000 from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
