Maui Drive-Thru Voter Registration, July 12

A drive-thru voter registration event will take place on Thursday, July 12 only, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Kahului Shopping Center.

Voter Registration Deadline Nears, Oct. 6, 2014

The state Office of Elections and County Clerks of Hawaiʻi reminds individuals that the last day to register to vote in the general election is Monday, Oct. 6, 2014.

White Urges Additional Walk-in Voting Sites

Currently, there are no early walk-in voting sites on the island of Lānaʻi. The only walk-in locations in the county in the past election cycle were at the Kalana O Maui Building in Wailuku, and the Mitchell Pauole Center on the Island of Molokaʻi.

ELECTIONS: Last Day for Voter Registration, Oct. 8

Currently registered voters that have changed their name or moved since the last election should re-register before the voter registration deadline. The general election this year will take place on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.

Completed voter registration forms must be turned in to the appropriate city or county clerk’s office by 4:30 p.m. on July 12, or postmarked by midnight if mailed.

Yellow Voter Registration Cards in Mail

Voters are encouraged to review the information as voting districts and polling place assignments may have changed due to the adoption of the new state reapportionment plan.
