The Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization announced the appointment of Kasie M. Apo Takayama as its new Executive Director.

Lisa Paulson, executive director of the Maui Hotel & Lodging Association, has been honored with top industry recognitions, including Hospitality Executive of the Year by Pacific Edge magazine.

Pamela Eaton has been approved as the Maui Metropolitan Organization’s new Executive Director and will begin on Nov.  7.

Shonnan Kozuch was hired as the new executive director of the Hua Momona Foundation, which provides food to those with food insecurity on Maui.

Melody “Mel” Boehl is the new executive director for the nonprofit Hawai‘i Pacific Parks Association, a national parks cooperating partner association.

The Hawaiʻi State Teachers Association’s Board of Directors recently approved hiring Ann Mahi, a veteran Hawaiʻi teacher, administrator, union and student advocate, as its executive director.

Haleakalā Conservancy’s Board of Directors hired Maui native Olena (Horcajo) Alec as its first Executive Director.

The Maui Farm Board of Directors announced the hiring of Kandice Johns as its new Executive Director. Johns has spent nearly two decades working in the non-profit sector building the capacity of organizations that are working to improve the lives of people in Hawaiʻi.

After serving as the Executive Director for Maui Hui Mālama for 12 years, Pualani Enos will be stepping down from her position on April 30, 2019.

The Maui AIDS Foundation announced the appointment of Mark Anderson as its new Executive Director. The appointment took effect on Oct. 1, 2018.
