Accomplished culinary professional and whole-food advocate Chef AJ will be sharing how to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet. Her lively demonstration will be held at the Cameron Center on Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. in Wailuku.

Chef AJ uses 100 percent whole food, plant-based ingredients to concoct vegan and gluten-free dishes free of sugar, oil, and salt. The former executive pastry chef at Santé Restaurant in Los Angeles has followed a plant-based diet for over 37 years.

She has a certificate in plant-based nutrition from eCornell, and is the creator of the Ultimate Weight Loss Program, which has helped hundreds of people balance their health and body through diet. She currently hosts the new TV series “Healthy Living with Chef AJ,” which will be airing on Foody TV, and has a weekly podcast with the same title.
