“Although we have not been perfect we have strived to maintain quality programming and service throughout the years,” the letter stated.

Company representatives went on to say, “The past nine-months have been trying after many changes in health and staff, we have decided that the standard of care that we have strived to maintain in the past is no longer feasible.”

The letter advised that some customers may be due refunds, which representatives said “will be processed,” however, they asked for patience during the transition.

The company was the recipient of the Hawaiʻi BBB’s Torch Award for Business Ethics and a past recipient of the Maui County Small Business of the Year Award.
