Today
We expect high temperatures from 85° to 90°. Trade winds are expected around 15 mph. Mostly sunny skies are expected with scattered morning showers in windward and mauka spots and isolated showers in leeward areas.
UV index at 11 (“extreme” exposure level)
Tonight
Trade winds are expected around 15 mph tonight. Isolated showers are forecasted for leeward spots with partly cloudy skies and scattered showers for windward and mauka areas. Low temperatures from 70° to 75° are expected.
Looking Ahead
Trade winds are expected to stay relatively light through Monday. The weaker than normal trades should continue to push showers over windward areas, especially during the nights and mornings but should remain light enough to allow daytime heating to produce clouds and showers over interior and leeward sections again Monday afternoon. Trade winds are forecasted to strengthen starting late Monday and become locally breezy by Tuesday through the rest of the week. The stronger trade winds will keep showers focused over windward and mauka areas.
