Looking Ahead
Trade winds are forecast to stay locally breezy through Friday. Slight weakening of the trades is possible Friday night and Saturday. Sunday and Monday trades are expected to strengthen once again. The trades should focus showers over windward and mauka spots. Some showers may spread leeward over the smaller islands from time to time but mainly nights and mornings. Afternoon showers are possible over the lee slopes of the Big Island.

We expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with scattered windward showers in the morning. Partly sunny for the leeward sides with just isolated morning showers. East winds are expected from 15 to 20 mph. High temperatures from 81° to 86°.
