It’s been 45 years since Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first-ever Hard Rock Café on June 14, 1971 in London.
The iconic brand was born after the two music-loving Americans founded Hard Rock Café in an old Rolls Royce showroom.
After Eric Clapton asked to hang his guitar in that location, Tigrett and Morton had a vision to combine music, memorabilia and food for a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
Four-and-a-half decades later, Hard Rock celebrates its birthday by staying true to the brand’s core mantra “Love All – Serve All” by offering its famous Legendary Burgers for just 71-cents to all first responders.
The restaurant will also have live music all day, featuring a performance by the King himself, Elvis Presley (Darren Lee from Burn’n Love), with birthday cake and Hard Rock Trivia.
