Looking Ahead

Light winds will continue through Saturday night. A rather stable convective weather pattern means afternoon clouds and spotty showers for interior and lee spots, followed by clearing skies at night. Trade winds are forecast to strengthen on Sunday and could become breezy and gusty on Monday.

Mostly sunny morning with clouds building for interior and leeward sections of Maui county in the afternoon. High temperatures from 80° to 85° but feeling warmer due to the heat index. Variable winds 5 to 10 mph.
