Rocker Pat Benatar and her guitarist husband Neil “Spyder” Giraldo have sold their Hāna home, said co-listing agent Dan Omer of Island Sotheby’s International Realty.

Omer, who represented the seller along with Island Sotheby’s agent Megan Bouhey said the couple’s home was grabbed up instantly and that the property closed approximately 100 days after it first went on the market.

“It’s an incredibly well-maintained property,” said Omer. “It was quite obvious that they paid a lot of attention to the home.”

The couple sold their house and surrounding 1.1 acres for $3.1 million after putting it on the market in November for $3.2 million, Mr. Omer added.

Separately, a roughly 1 acre piece of vacant land adjacent to the house the couple had listed for $400,000 sold to a different buyer for the full asking price, he said.

Mr. Omer declined to identify the buyers of the house, but said they are a family from the Northwest who plan to use the home as a vacation property. The sale included most of the furniture, he said.

Ms. Benatar, whose real name is Patricia Giraldo, and her husband lived full time at the property with their two daughters for about five years until about 2009.

They couldn’t be reached for comment; Mr. Giraldo said in a previous interview that the couple’s touring schedule had caused them to relocate to California.
