Blossom Puanani Peralta, 70, of Waikapu, Maui, passed away Peacefully on Oct. 9, 2019 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on Aug. 10, 1949, in Wailuku, Maui.
Blossom retired from Maui Memorial Medical Center as a Housekeeper.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 5 p.m. and cremation will follow.
Blossom is survived by her daughter, Desiree “Kanoe” Visaya (Gregory Jr.); Siblings, Ephraim Kaaihue, George Hoopai (Kylie Rae), Rosemary Golis (Fernando), Beverly Kanani Domingo (Alex “deceased”), Jo Ann Peralta, and Marlene Peralta; Grandchildren, Ashley Taylor Peralta, Shanti Rae Visaya, Hailey Ryann Visaya, Kory Joshua Visaya, and Randy Nicholas Visaya.
She is Predeceased by her parents, Primitivo and Mary “Malia” Peralta; Brothers, Primo Peralta Jr, Randy Peralta, Kenneth Kalei Hoopai Jr.
August 20, 2016 – October 4, 2019
Lyric Nathaniel Ka’eo Galam Ching, 3 of Lahaina, passed away on Oct. 4, 2019 at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Oahu. He was born on Aug. 20, 2016 in Honolulu.
Lyric Nathaniel is survived by his parents, Patrick Ching and Abigail Galam; grandparents, Julian and Ernaline Galam; great grandmother’s, Marian Ching and Polly Galam; uncles, Ed Ponce, Daniel II (Dinah Lee) Nikanowicz, Chris Ching; aunties, Christina Galam, April and Jamie Fetalvero; and cousins, Kyla, Xylie, Christian and Daniel III.
A memorial service will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019 at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului. Service will begin at 10 a.m.
