Costume Store: ‘Shop Until the Dead of Night’
Spirit Halloween, one of Maui Marketplace’s newest tenants, will continue to spread the spooky spirit even after All Hallows’ Eve.
The seasonal costume store, which opened its doors back in September, will be open until Nov. 3, three days past Halloween.
Starting the day after Halloween, the store will be marking down prices for costumes and accessories by 25 percent, and selling decor for half off.
And the store plans to go out with a bang by offering half off on all store merchandise on its last day.
A store manager said business has been steady.
“As far as it being its first year, numbers are looking good,” she said.
She said some of the most popular costumes among customers have been Harry Potter and Fortnite characters.
When asked if the store will be returning next year, she replied, “Weʻre hoping. Itʻs already in conversation with corporate officers. For its first year, its looking pretty good.”
The store will be open until 10 tonight, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. tomorrow, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
