Maui Crime Dec. 15-21: Burglaries, Break-ins, Thefts

Maui police responded to nine burglaries, 12 vehicle thefts and 12 vehicle break-ins in Maui County over a seven day period from Dec. 15 to 21, 2019.

Burglaries were down -10 percent from the week before when 10 incidents were reported over a seven day period. Vehicle thefts increased 33 percent from the week before when nine incidents were reported; and vehicle break-ins were up 20 percent from the previous week, when 10 incidents were reported.

Kahului:
