Maui Youth Rodeo to Host ‘Spring Spectacular’

The Maui Youth Rodeo Organization will be hosting its 5th Annual Spring Spectacular at the Kaonolulu Ranch Kula Arena on Saturday, March 28.

The event opens at 8 a.m. with a full day of western inspired competition followed by an evening of live entertainment, Pulehu Steak Dinner, Live and Silent Auctions and Awards presentation.

The rodeo is slated to begin at 9 a.m. Admission is free. A $25 pulehu steak dinner will be available at 5 p.m., with entertainment and auctions to follow. The event will end at 10 p.m.

The Maui Youth Rodeo Organization is comprised of members ranging from 5 years of age through Seniors in local High Schools.

Proceeds raised will help members with travel allowances to both state and national high school rodeo competitions, senior scholarships to graduating members and educational opportunities through clinics.
