Atlantis Adventures today announced that all submarine tours at its Waikīkī (Oʻahu), Lahaina (Maui) and Kona (Hawaiʻi Island) dive locations, and all dinner and whale watch lunch cruise tours offered aboard Majestic, have been temporarily suspended for two weeks through Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
Ron Williams, president and CEO of Atlantis Adventures, said, “Our number one objective is protecting the health and safety of our employees and guests. We are temporarily halting our tour operations in support of the recommendations that government health officials have issued for everyone to follow to help keep COVID-19 from spreading within our community.”
All submarine tours and the dinner cruise tours are scheduled to resume on Thursday, April 2.
The seasonal whale watch lunch cruise will not be restarted as it was already scheduled to conclude on March 31.
Atlantis is contacting guests who had booked submarine and cruise tours during the two-week closure period to reschedule their tours or accommodate their requests. Guests needing to contact Atlantis’ reservations department can email ores@atlantisadventures.com or call (808) 973-9811.
